Old Ulster County Jail featured on ‘Ghost Hunters’

The Old Ulster County Jail was the subject of a ‘Ghost Hunters’ episode on the SyFy (?) channel on Wednesday.

Shortly after the show started, local tweeps shared their insights.

i work at the Ulster county Jail for many years and i never heard a ghost. I worked many over nights and 4-12, I only heard the living cry out once they realize they were not going home or that they would not be getting their drug supply as easy as out on the street. If you can get the ghost to tell you stories then watch out ulster county you might have more law suits then you're ready for. By the way guys the reason the women ghost wanted the men out is because they preferred women over men.

This show is just one of a long line of crap shows on TV. The only redeeming feature would have been if the profits from this show were to help offset the cost of the incredibly over-budget new jail.
